The pellet transport system;
Through a sample taker, pellets are guided from the classifier to the analyzer house (AH) through pipes where vacuum is provided by a dedicated vacuum station.
In the AH there is a manyfold of pipes and valves which can be automatically controlled by a control panel, of which the PLC can be connected with the process computer of the client.
In the AH there are three Analyzer systems. Details of these systems are described elsewhere. From left to right, Pellet Scan System (PSS), a Melt Index system (MIS) and a Film Line System (FLS). All these Analyzer systems have a hopper loader with a cyclone which can dose a certain amount of pellets to the Analyzer.
